TOWN OF VAN BUREN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Van Buren on October 7, 2026 at 7:00 pm, local time, at the Van Buren Town Hall, 7575 Van Buren Road, Baldwinsville, New York on the following matter:
An application by Brolex Living Community for a zone change for tax map no. 034.-03-01.1, property located on Crego Road. The proposed zone change from R-40 to PUD is being sought from the Town Board for the proposed construction 103 acre housing development consisting of 98 single family homes and 206 for-rent townhouses and a clubhouse.
The application is on file and available for review Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:00 pm at the Town Hall.
All persons interested will be given an opportunity to be heard on this matter.
