Public Notice
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Van Buren Land Use Committee will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall, 7575 Van Buren Road, Baldwinsville, New York on the 18th day of August 2026at 6:00 pm to consider a draft Comprehensive Land Use Plan for the Town of Van Buren developed pursuant to the provisions of Section 272-a of the New York Town Law.
A copy of the proposed comprehensive plan is on file with the Town Clerk and available for public review Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm or is available on the town’s website at www.vanburenny.gov.
All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard on this matter.
