NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Financial Update Document for the period beginning January 1, 2025 and ending December 31, 2025 has been filed in the Office of the Town Clerk on April 16, 2026, where it is available for public inspection by all interested persons Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm. It is available to view on the website www.vanburenny.gov under Comptroller Department. The Annual Financial Update Document has been duly filed with the Comptroller of the State of New York on April 16, 2026 as per Article 3, Section 30, of the General Municipal Law. A copy of said report is filed and will remain on file with the Office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Van Buren.
